About Rilo

I work with abstract contemporary art, where colour, form and texture meet in a pared-back expression. My paintings emerge intuitively. I am interested in balance, contrast and what arises in the meeting between simplicity and complexity. For me, art is an invitation to pause and look — without everything needing to be explained.
